A systematic approach to storytelling

Define Approach
SCA Health needed a nurse recruiting video series but did not have a clear starting point. I worked internally to clarify the objective, shape the core narrative, and identify the right team members to feature. As a nationwide company, production had to work within existing schedules without interrupting clinical operations. I mapped out a focused, multi region plan that aligned with recruitment goals while respecting those constraints.

Production
I led multi region production, traveling to facilities across the country to film real nurses and team members in their actual work environments. Each shoot was carefully scheduled around existing clinical workflows so there was no disruption to patient care or daily operations.
On site, I directed interviews and captured supporting b roll that reflected the pace, teamwork, and professionalism of each location. The focus was simple and honest: real people, real stories, and a consistent visual approach that could scale across the entire series.

Post
Alongside my post team, I shaped the footage into a cohesive recruiting series and repurposed each interview across multiple video variations. From every shoot, we built several edits designed to serve different use cases and audiences.
All content was delivered in both horizontal and vertical formats, including versions optimized for paid advertising. The result was a flexible, organized video library SCA Health can continue to use and adapt over time.
